Why is a O/Seas seller with massive Negative feedback on a product which is Fake/false.

I am currently selling a genuine flash drive  from Australia. i notice a company in China is offering a so called 128gb up to 2 TB stick at a very cheap price. when i look at feed back there are hundreds of negative feedback on this account .False misrepresentation of a product which does not work  or help others selling genuine products.

 Why is this seller still allowed to advertise here. ?????

There are over 3000 negative feedbacks on the memory stick most dont work and he states over 500gb and 1tb but the rep0rts state flash drive is max 8gb

Why on earth are people still buying them?  Doesn't anyone look at feedback before parting with any money?

All I can say is don't bother trying to save people from themselves....if they can't take notice of all those negatives they deserve to be fleeced.

Personally, I think they'd look better on my buddah pear tree. I believe the colour would clash with the rainbow roses. At a push, I'd hang them with my blue strawberries, but even then I think they'd only suit when the sky is magenta.

EBAY seems to profit more that way, then if they decide to stop illegal trade of fake items.
I asked the same question to EBAY (who is EBAY? WHO responds? Who takes responsibility and accountability?) and I received ZERO answers from any Ebay staffer.
