Just having another whinge, but why does eBay bother sending this to Powersellers, when they are inelligible to participate?

The email I got seemed to imply that powersellers will get 30 free listings, but I might be reading it incorrectly.

Mine states "Powersellers are not eligible to participate in this Promotion". I think the 30 free listings is just the standard ones per month they give to non-Powersellers:

I could be reading it wrong too though. Amidst all the special offers and red tape, how would anyone know :^O

I'd like to know who is actually eligible.
I just dis a schedule re list on a bunch of stuff and it appears I didn't get the extra listings.

I think it's basically only casual users who are eligible. You're ineligible if you are a Business Seller, a Powerseller, have an eBay store, or use tools like Turbo or Selling Manager Pro. Some categories like Cars are excluded too.

I just received an email from Ebay telling me I could have up to 100 free listings and I'm not a powerseller or anything like it, so the offer must be across the entire site for anyone.
