Why is me parcel still with Australia post and shows label printed for four days now.

I am new as a eBay seller and I don't understand why my orders are till showing label printed for four days and they have not gone anywhere my customer getting upset because of this.

If you didn't post them over the counter with AP, then there will be no tracking until it is scanned at a depot on it's way to the buyer.

Always post over the counter if you can.

Presuming it's the Apple Watch Series6, was it handed in to the Post Office with tracked postage ?

If yes, can you please clarify what your feedback to the buyer means ?

Are you sending the items yourself?

Or are you dropshipping?

A few things to add as with the items you're selling / sold you're a prime target for scammers so:

1) Are you registered to sell and signed up for managed payments ?

2)   Are the payments for the items you've sold all showing in your seller hub ?

3)  Are you printing Sendle labels, which have nothing to do with Australia Post ?

If yes, are your parcels picked up or are you dropping them off .

If  they're not picked up, where  are you dropping them off ?
