a little Help Please?

Hi Guys,

I just need a little advise at the moment, I've been trying to call ebay this morning to get my Item limits increased.

When i click on the request higher selling limits from My ebay selling, they ask me to contact them....

so i click the contact us button,

the computer thinks about it for a while then it comes up with the message:

"Sorry, we don't have enough information about your issue. You can also try searching our help pages."

so then i tried the help pages and was given the contact number and a code....

problem is that when i enter the code, and i the the machine telling me that my account is verified, but they cannot help me at this moment and they hang up!

If you click on the 'Call Me' option in the following link eBay will actually call you back. Current wait time is approximately 5 minutes.

I think i was getting overly frustrated and developed some tunnel vision!

by the way their call centre is in the philippines so understanding their accent will be a difficult one to master.
