Why does AusPost insist on calling their insurance 'Extra Cover' ??

Just checked and found that the old $100 included cover on Registered Post no longer existsand you need to take out Extra Cover.So why call it Extra if there is no longer any included cover ?Dumb.

WHY can't you say instead of Pickup : Free - say Pickup and the State ie Pickup : Qld . NSW . etc that way you don't have to open the item to see where it is being sold from. Makes sense to me
