This person continually bids, wins auctions and does not pay, no response, no communication. Frustrating for the growing number of sellers who have been slapped in the face by this serial non payer. When will eBay remove this person? 100% positive?? ...

Can you list an item like a tv, cd, radio etc etc and say you might get this brand or this brand or this brand but not actually state what you will get. Just that it will be one of those brands? I thought it was against Ebay policy.
