I want to speak to a manager about the lack of customer service over the phone and are very angry and will be closing my account if I can't speak to someone in senior management

An ebay seller sent me a nasty message stating that I did not leave them 5 stars in my rating within their feedback? How do they know that I didn't? How can you check this? I gave them 4 stars for 1 option only, rest were 5 stars?
