block countries from bidding

Hello....some years back I set my ebay preferences to block bidders from certain countries. I am trying to check & maybe add to this list but have not been able to find.it (cannot locate "shipping preferences" in my account)....any help would be appreciated....cheers

If you are using business policies just go into one of your listings and select revise.

Then go to the postage section and view your postage policies, you will be able to see any countries you have excluded and revise if necessary.
