Recently sold at auction a large item (1.5tones - 30ft length) as local pickup 'as is where is' .Customer wins auction makes no queries before during or after auction. Pays for item and then wants a refund. He has walked out of the three auction wins in the last two months

Block them from being able to purchase from you
Refund them LESS the fees it has cost you.

Thanks Sparklz, unfortunately, I have now incurred storage fees as I have passed the agreed removal date with the land owner where the item is stored. I sold it at auction cheap so I wouldn't have to move it or store it and now I have to find another buyer and that could potentially take a long time...The item is a bit odd.
