i have updated my details but still will NOT  lest me re list an item ? the above comes up on the top of the screen ,  Can anyone help me please ????

Have you fully signed up via Drivers Licence/Passport and have you been bank verified via the micro-deposits?

Does every single thing match across your registered account details from the ID to the bank account? It has to match down to the letter.

I am having the same issues. It asks for my drivers licence frant and back.  I load it and get a confirmation that it has been received and awaiting approval. A week later I check and it has dropped off.  A cant use the site to sell. I have been trying on and off for a few months its driving me crazy.

You need to do more than provide a DL.

You need to fully and properly sign up for Managed Payments.

It's a new thing - only been in place for THREE YEARS and flagged for TWO YEARS prior to that.
