changed password now cant upload photos

I can no longer upload photos since changing my password,rest of site works ok.Have cleared cache,resized photos but nothing works .Message refers me to ebay which hasnt been successful.

Try rebooting your computer if you haven't already, then try a different browser if that fails.

There are less issues with Chrome and eBay, than with IE.

do your photos meet the photo size requirements?

They say they have tried resizing, but if they come back maybe you can help them out, if there's a trick to it.

I haven't had any issues with pics. I have been following this for requirements
