Probably it depends on the circumstances. I can't mark this cash on pickup sale as paid or send an invoice. Which are kind of important tools for an item in the awaiting payment list. The item above I can "resend invoice" which seems to allow me to make changes.I can also it mark payment received. It should not be this hard.
