I had an Off White hoodie that I listed with proper photos detailing all the tags and details of the product. It was purchased shortly after listing and sent off to the authenticator. While at the authenticator it was verified as being real but was said to have a defect that I did not list. When I received the hoodie back and inspected it myself I realized THEY RIPPED THE NECK TAG OUT OF THE HOODIE!
When I listed it with photos the neck tag was there. When I brought it to the post office for shipping the neck tag was there. All of a sudden when it’s in there possession it’s no longer there?
I’ve been trying to contact customer support and speak to an actual human instead of a automated bot for over and hour this morning with no luck.
I’m upset because as you all know with seller fees, etc. eBay is not the cheapest option to sell product and all of a sudden my product is damaged it’s very upsetting to be going thru this and have no form of compensation for their wrong doing.
hopefully and agent sees this and contacts me immediately!

You've posted your question on the Australian Boards.
If you log out of here and log into the eBay.com boards, you'll receive very good advice

An agent will not see this on the Aussie member to member forum and contact you
As said, you need to ask on The US board
I am surprised it was sent back to you, sending items that have been authenticated back to the seller would delete the purpose, from the authenticator, they send it on to the buyer
It also defeats the purpose if they are going to say it is real and then rip out the neck tag
