Hi there,
I have just received a return request from a buyer due to "change of mind" which has been automatically accepted by ebay, and did not allow me to decide whether to accept it. I understand this is how ebay handles returns now -- however in the item description I stated with regards to returns that I do not accept returns for change of mind.
Is there any chance that ebay will step in and deny this auto return request as I stated this clearly in the items description, or will ebay side with the buyer regardless?

check that you have indeed nominated 'no returns' in your items, not just in your blurb

You accept 30 day returns for that item, which means you accept change of mind returns, No questions asked.
Stating you don't accept COM returns in the item description, is not only irrelevant, but goes against your stated returns policy.
If you did not offer 30 day returns, the request would not have been dealt with automatically by ebay.
