eBay Promotional offers - sell 2 items with no final value fees

Recently saw a promotional offer in my email that allowed me to sell 2 items with no final value fees. Sold 2 items thinking it would automatically be used but eBay still charged me. Checked promotional offer policy and turns out you have to click a button to activate the listing. Do you think I can get the final value fees removed because I didn't know? I am a new seller btw (3 sold)

No, you have to accept the offer as per T&Cs

Have been trying to reply to this all morning without success. is anyone else having trouble with messages?

If it was the one that goes from 22/04 - 05/05, there is no activation icon; it's just automatic. If that was it then contact ebay via chat and ask for a fee credit.

I've found that sometimes when I get that if I enter the post a second time it'll go through, or try again a bit later.

Tried numerous times, padi, but to no avail. They're probably fiddling again. I kept getting a HTML message.

Yep, sometimes there's no rhyme or reason for the blocks merfar.
