Australia’s legal system substantially differs from that of the USA. The change referred to is very specific to US law, so I have my doubts as to its being introduced here.
I’ve not seen any communication from eBay re such a change.
I'm curious how it differs from ours in this regard. I only have minimal experience in this area and from what I read it sounds similar to what could be applied here unless our law prevents you from being able to give those rights away.
