eBay estimate delivery time is very out of date (COVID_19) "Misleading buyers" & not fair to sellers

eBay estimate delivery time is very out of date and not fair to sellers now.

For example, ebay still estimates the delivery time base on very old date before Covid-19.

eBay estimated time is not even covering half of them.

Which lead to so many complaints from buyers.

Even the sellers can post it within 1-2 business days, some buyers do not want to wait 10+ business days, because the ebay estimated time is still 2-5 business days for delivery.

Some buyers want a refund, because of it. What can we do? Yes, we can say we have posted and it is on the way delivering to you. but some buyers still want to left Negative feedback, because it is far after the estimated delivery time.

There are so many different examples for what problem it will cause to sellers.

We are spending much more time than normal just to handle the late delivery emails.

Example below

If you check the Australia post website:https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/

same city

2-5 business days for Sydney

2-8 business days for Melbourne

2-13 business days between QLD and VIC

2-16 business days between NSW and WA

Please post your example or issues you have below, and support this post, hopefully, eBay can do something about it and update their estimated delivery time system soon.

eBay are very very well aware the 'estimated delivery dates' are pure fiction

And they have been for a long, long time before the virus was even heard of

I am not sure how posting examples here will get eBay to do anything, nobody from eBay reads peoples posts here(no matter what the topic/subject is)
