I did not update my bank account details (yes, my fault) and ebay sent two payments to the old account. I contacted them on 22 January but had no reply. Any ideas on how to get them to speak with me about this?

For starters, you might try ebay UK, instead of ebay au.

Did you close the previous bank account or just stop using it? If the account was still open (even though you no longer use it) the bank has your money, not ebay.

Get onto live chat, they respond to that, not sure how you contacted them in the first place. Live chat then work from there.
