Just my luck, I encountered 2 scumbag buyers in the same month, both international.
Same old BS, they message you saying item not received, at the same time leave a big negative feedback, then just sit back and wait for you to panic and grant refund.
Fortunately I did attach tracking # with each parcel, which clearly show parcels delivered.
After a quick call to ebay customer support, both feedbacks were removed.
I then checked their feedback history, mate, that was horrifying.
I already reported them 3 days ago but nothing has happened so far.
Now, riddle time:
1) Nike told POLice that he was born in 1970.
2) a CAT told me that NI CHARTHAIGH is a last name origined from Ireland, but the space in between might not be necessary.
Hope you guys can see what I saw.
If you can, please report them like I did, and hope ebay will do something.

i posted a story here yesterday, go have a read under title
Buyer requests return as claims item not as described. This is incorrect. What are my options?
it will show you the extent that EBAY DO NOTHING TO REMOVE criminals from ebay........ PERIOD
blackmail / fraud / threats of violence / threats of burgulary-theft / involving unknown persons to fix his problem / selling MY item 2 weeks later , he returned identical item that he had from before that was damaged... and obviously a Police report filed against buyer.
That buyer IS still active on ebay today after all that !!!!
i also found out by persistance talking to customer service , that this person had a breach for similar things before on ebay..... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a email folder with @ 100 emails in it regarding that one transaction
ebays OFFICAL reply to my problem ,.

can't believe that the first guy.. out of his first 10 pages of "feedback left for others" has left 80 negatives - if that's not taking the p!ss and abusing the system, i don't know what is.

Nothing to report until a member actually experiences a problem with them.
Both nightmare buyers.
I report them as "unlucky" buyers that have worked out how to get items for nothing by leaving neg feedback
and they may change the feedback if they are refunded,(with a link to their feedback left for others page).
A number of these type of buyers have being NARU'd after being reported,(I put them in my saved sellers list so that I can keep an eye on them),

These are the ones that eBay Michelle said there were bots looking out for. Yet another lie. EBay couldn't lie straight in bed.

WOW what a couple of class acts they are. First one is from Greece and second from Ireland and both seem to target mainly chinese sellers with a few other unlucky sellers from around the world thrown in. Have both worked out how to abuse the system a treat.
