98 products came back with this. any help would be great.

What was the duration of the listing?
If it was 30 days - that's been replaced by GTC.

That may have caused the error.

Google search your error & it may help.

As a "new seller" in eBay's eyes you are probably restricted on the amount of listings you can have (unless you have another selling ID), that might be the problem.

If you are restricted then having a store is a waste of time - most sellers here say that you need well over 100 listings AND a good sell-through rate to make a store viable.

That is not the problem here. Still the same with 5 or 98. I had ebay raise our limit.

Maybe others can see something I'm missing but a bit more info on what you were actually trying to do might help. Were you trying to do new listings or were you doing something else?

You appear to be using the wrong Format code.  Entry is FixedPriceItem (Not FixedPrice) assuming you are selling fixed price items

Having another look not sure if in writing for the topic you just skipped over some essential headings or you have left them out which would cause the error

eg Missing *Start Price (Although you have $258 but there is no Price header).  Also missing is *DispatchTimeMax, and *ReturnsAcceptedOption  and price should be number only.
