Hi, If you check the selling forums there is a link for 5000 free listings for items over $100 in value. ( store sellers only ). The 150 free listings for non store holders  finished yesterday ( I think ), so I wouldnt expect any more for non store holders for a few weeks.

Only available free listings are for items valued at $100 +

Keep an eye on this board frequently for future free listings -

If there are any forthcoming.  

Ebay doesn't have to hand them out.

edit: also too slow.      Didn't you ask elsewhere?  And were told?
