WE WANT THIS NON PAYING BIDDER CASE CLOSED. NOW! EBAY PLACES LIMITS ON THE AMOUNT WE CAN SELL AND 1 3RD OF OUR ÁLLOWANCE´ IS ALLOTTED TO FALSE SALES

Hi ....

Thanks for contacting eBay about the Nintendo Wii SPORTS RESORT console 10 games RACING BUNDLE ZELDA X2 CHICKEN SHOOT (182379116789) that you sold to kingslemurra...........(sensored)

I know that this transaction is not going smoothly. I see that you have already filed and Unpaid Item case against the buyer. If the buyer failed to make a complete payment for the item, I suggest closing the Unpaid Item case by December 15 for you to be credited for the Final Value Fee as well as relist the item.

I’ve already forwarded the buyers account for investigation and rest assured appropriate action will be taken. I cannot divulge any information about the actions we took on your seller’s account. Hopefully, this will reassure you that we will keep your account information private also.

At the same time, I suggest adding the buyer to your block bidder/buyer list if you do not want them to buy or bid on your future listings. Here’s how to do it:

1. Click "Site Map" located at the bottom of most eBay pages

2. Click "Block Bidder/Buyer List" near the top of the "Selling Activities" header in the center column.

3. Click "Add an eBay user to my Blocked Bidder/Buyer List."

4. Enter the user ID or email address of the member you'd like to block.

5. Click "Submit.

The requirements you select will be applied to your current and future listings and can be disabled at any time. For more information, just click on the link below:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/buyer-requirements.html

I trust this information helps.

Thanks again for contacting eBay!

Sincerely,

Re: ha ha ha. Useless bay. Sellers salute you.

Firstly - NPB dispute. Didn't pay - no issue.

Secondly - NPB dispute. Paid with bank deposit - no issue. As long as you refund the $1.86

At least you haven't been online shoplifted, and you are no worse off than if the items didn't sell.

Re: ha ha ha. Useless bay. Sellers salute you.

But the items (the first auction) would have sold, and i cant send a second chance offer because of the two $500 total non legit sales count as sales until they are cancelled.

I have to wait that out. <by the time I do Christmas will be over.

<<<<<<you are missing the point of my grievance completely....

Re: ha ha ha. Useless bay. Sellers salute you.

so ebay will consider the auction totalling $186.00 including postage  paid unless I return the $1.86 that the buyer tried to steal it for?

Ahem.. why the **bleep** is anyone selling here then?

Re: ha ha ha. Useless bay. Sellers salute you.

I would relist them NOW with buy now only and with immediate payment so they are not sold till they are paid.

It is obvious they are not going to pay and I know it is not the right way to do things but relist and IF they pay then simply refund.

It is only ebay and NOT your whole life and to get the items paid and posted before xmas it needs to be done now.

\You can do a second chance offer on the one that sold at auction but do it as a 24 hour offer so it still gives you time to relist if they do not respond.

Gosh, that's a bit cheeky (to put it mildly Smiley Surprised ).

Sorry to hear of your troubles, unfortunately there's not a lot other members can do except commiserate, but if it would help any in the future, I'd be listing the items as Buy It Now's with immediate payment required (you have to offer PayPal only for this to be implemented, but nothing will be sold unless it's paid for).

Re: ha ha ha. Useless bay. Sellers salute you.

Thank you for the helpful advice.

Our account is limited to only list so much each month.

We cannot relist them, until the previous transactions (which count as sales until they are cancelled either by the system (which will be likely).

The thing is the cancel request is yet another defect on our account, our sale limits will continue to stay in place, we will have to wait 3 weeks to access funds for any sales the context of out limited account), which became limited by sending items through registered letter post, tracking of which paypal actually does not recognise, because they are not able to verify the tracking online.

What is the point of paying extra for international registered letters when the tracking is seen as false? Another loop hole for buyers to ALWAYS WIN.

We are learning slowly. Too slowly, but I think this is more stress to my family than what it is worth.

Ebay is a terrible company in our opinion. Our feedback hardly screams that we are a dangerous prospect....

We we just vulnerable to the trial and error process ebay seems to be... There is too much loss and heache involved before you reach any worthwhile financial fruition from as far as I can see...

Thanks again for all the advice. I am just going to have to feel resigned to the fact that ebay pretty much sucks....

Our account is limited to only list so much each month.

We cannot relist them, not until the previous transactions (which count as sales until they are cancelled 10 days, and 8 days after the initial point of ´sale´ using two different methods; cancel sale: Ran out of stock or item was damaged, to the buyer who proposed I send first, and they pay later

2nd being the non paying bidder dispute opened after a buyer tried to swindle our goods for $1.86, inlcuding postage halfway accross the country.

We will just sit quitely and wait until next Christmas to make money here. No drama ebay. Whats another year?

But you should still be able to send a second chance offer to the under bidder on the auction that ended as there was 25 bids placed.

Re: ha ha ha. Useless bay. Sellers salute you.

Can't you just start another listing for those items and add something different to the header and use BIN?

The only problem is that you won't receive the funds for 21 days after the sale which seems to be the beef you have with ebay.

Been there done that.

All the best.
