dear ebay,
How do i find the old items wae unsold a year ago and because i want to relisting again and i don't need to redo the descrtion again.
if you can help me and guid me through please.

Sorry, but eBay only keep listings for a short time (around 90 days, I think), after that they are no longer accessible.

You can ring their CS number they might be able to help you.

CS will also tell you that they are only held for 90-days and they will be unable to retrieve it.
To keep them longer than that you need to save them using some other 3rd party application.
So you will need to re-create the listing from scratch I think.

Is SM and SM pro available to non store holders and if so is it free ?
For non store accounts, ebay show sold and unsold listings for 60 days. After that the only way to find 90 day old listings is to view items for sale and search "completed listings"
