You're probably thinking of Pack and Send.. As far as I know click and send are operated purely online and are a part of Australia Post.

OK.. I found the problem.. The part where it says carly only posts once a week is in her About me Profile.. That's why no one could find it..
Just a suggestion carly but you need to put that in your item description as buyers won't look at your profile for postage information

Thanks Patch, sorry Carly, thought it was click and send that offered collection

Geez, who reads the About Me stuff when buying?
I used to but after reading 2 or 3 got sick of reading all the nonsense some sellers thought was interesting to us buyers.

I don't.. I skim through the listing, location (so I can estimate when I will have it" maybe read the handling time

Last time I checked it was $16 for click & send to pick up from your house, if I ever manage to sell and get paid for 20 items in one day then I would probably pay it lol.

You haven't done anything wrong, but your choices now are to offer to refund (I assume you still haven't posted it) or offer to upgrade to Express post if the buyer is happy to pay the extra.
I would explain the situation to the buyer and give her both options.

What i meant by that Patchoo was if someone had no funds in their bank account, they might have to wait for the PayPal funds to transfer into it. But if they do have the funds, it should be posted straight away
