You must be both ID-verified (passport or D/L are the forms of ID most easily recognised by eBay) and bank account verified.
To verify your bank account (an everyday account, not a savings account, with your name EXACTLY as it is in your eBay account), you can use either the login credentials method (fastest - buy you may wish to change your login password afterwards, although I understand that info is not retained in any way during the process) or you can use the micro deposit method. Don’t enter incorrect micro deposit information as anecdotally that can bring everything to a grinding halt for some time.
