I recently ordered and paid for a listed item.
The seller then cancelled the transaction stating he no longer has the item.
However, the refund was incomplete, ie not the full sum.
Any advise on where I should go with this please?

Is it the shipping component that has not been refunded. Recently refunded a buyer who wished to cancell purchase, and for some reason the postage component was not refunded. After being contacted by the buyer wanting to know why postage had not been refunded. I contacted CS who refunded the postage as a goodwill payment from ebay.

You would be best off contacting the seller and have them sort it out. Otherwise you can only contact CS via live chat, which can be found via the help tab
