No.
Feedback should only be used as a reflection of how the buyer feels about the transaction which is in the seller's control. It isn't fair to penalise a seller for something out of their control...
If you know for sure that's why they left the feedback, you could always ask ebay to remove it
You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means

No but I would find out what it's not what they were hoping for. They haven't necessarily written that they didn't like it. Send them a message to ask what the problem is and if there is some way you can rectify it. If they reply that they didn't like the movie then I would contact eBay to ask for it to be removed and hopefully they will because that's not a legitimate reason to leave negative feedback in my opinion.

I have seen someone actually do that to a seller BUT the comment was very clear-not to mention brain dead.
I've also seen a buyer neg a seller for see through knickers stating they didn't realise they were see through.
Your buyer has only left 3 feedback in 2 yrs.

Do NOT communicate any other way than with eBay messages; if you do have message that says they did not like the movie, call eBay and ask them to remove the FB on the basis that they did not rate the sale. You want to have all the communictaion available for eBay to see. Put the buyer on your BBL.

the buyer got exactly what was listed.Whether they liked it or not is not relevant .I think the same thing when I see feedback along the lines of "I love it'.
