item undelivered germany

i sold a dvd set to someone in germany, it has full tracking via australia post.

tracking shows it arrived in germany on the 29th of december.

its now had 3 attempted deliverys, on the 30th, 31st and 2nd.

if its not delivered (i put return to sender on the documents i filled out at the post office and were stuck to the box) will the buyer be able to request a refund?

Have you ever made colored sand sculptures in a glass jar? You can do it online with no mess with This is Sand. Click and hold to drop sand, and press "c" to change colors.

Now here's a half-way decent chicken coop......................

                                

Even has a Scottish band up the top for "piped music".  (there's a privacy screen in the roof to stop the chickens looking up and laying early from shock)    

I take it no updates on Germany today david..........................
