received message from ebay, regarding item: australian post prepaid registered label
Hello easybiddingeasywin,
After reviewing your eBay account, it appears that you have violated eBay's Encouraging Illegal Activity policy. We realize you may not have been aware of this policy, or that this may have been a simple oversight, but unfortunately, we had to take the following actions: - Violating listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email. - We have credited any associated fees to your account.
The sale of items or links to items that encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in illegal activity is not allowed. For example, sellers are not allowed to list items that:
- Promote vandalism or teach members how to commit vandalism.
- Promote online casinos or teach members how to use these websites.
eBay may also remove listings as requested by law enforcement agencies in order to cooperate with any investigation or to prevent harm to eBay and its members.
To learn more about our encouraging illegal activity policy, go to: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/policies/encouraging-illegal-activity.html
Your listing has been removed and is in violation of the Other Illegal Activity Policy. At times eBay policy is more strict that current legal statutes. There are some items that we believe are not appropriate for our site regardless of the legal ability to sell the item. Please do not relist this item.
Please be sure your future listings follow these guidelines. If they don't, they could be removed.
If you have any concerns or questions, click "Customer Support" at the top of most eBay pages.
Here are the listings we removed: 190985902134 - 20 Australian POST prepaid registered label
Thanks,
eBay

Plenty of others still online....
I'd contact ebay and see if you can find out why your listings are "illegal"....

I am thinking that you may have offered a discount price on the labels. It is against the law to offer discounted Aus post stamps etc as some private licensed LPO's got in trouble for price cutting on bulk buys of stamps.
And as usual when you get in trouble with Ebay it makes little sense with the reason for bans.
Two different problems with one listing.
Weird!!!!!
