The best thing to do is go to My eBay > Account and click on the Fees link, which will show you exactly what has been charged and why.
If there are any incorrect charges there, you would have to contact eBay directly (to do that, click on Customer Support, then the Contact eBay tab, and select the most appropriate subject from the menu to reveal the contact options).

maybe you are being charged listing fees and not selling fees.

I hope you don't take it the wrong way as I am just offering advice from the perspective of my experience as a seller but you are unlikely to sell much with the way you are listing.
You give minimum info in the titles, you give ablolutely no measurements of any clothing or footwear and your only information in your listings has negative conotations: No pick up, no returns!
I also think many buyers will be rather sceptical that you purchased so many items that didn't fit so you never wore them and even if that were true the ones that are listed as second hand are starting at the same sort of prices as new. I wouldn't dream of starting a high street brand like Witchery at twenty bucks for used, it would be a maximum of $9.99 and probably a fair bit less.

Lol "high street brand" .... not really a concept or phrase that Aussies have adopted IMO
Depending on the desirability, style, color and condition, pre-loved Witchery garments regularly achieve end prices of $20 plus. OP I reckon you will sell at least some of your items without too much trouble, including the Mimco purse ...

Going by the number of times the purse has been relisted I would have halved the price or given up by now!
I know Witchery can sell for over twenty bucks but rarely will it do so with only a blurred photo, no measurements, no real description and a high start price especially when supposedly new items are starting at the same price. To get a bidding war going you have to get two people interested!
I am quite sure the majority of Aussies undertand the distinction between high street brand and designer brand.

Lol "high street brands" ... my post was not about "understanding" - it was about the non-adoption of it as a concept, or use in day to day conversation in Oz. Even in the face of Gok trying to infiltrate our thinking ....

does high street brand mean posh?
I've never associated witchery with being posh
and until recently I thought that GOK was an acronym for God Only Knows
but i watched him do a cooking show with Gordon Ramsay and it was pretty funny

"High street fashion describes mass-market retail style - the sort of clothing you will find in the chain stores."

I guess because the more widely known term in Oz "high-end" tends to = higher quality, more espensive brand, unless you've heard the phrase before, "high street fashion" would probably conjure similiar connotations.

A bit off topic but just went and had a squizz at the Witchery completed listings to see what they were fetching for low quality photos and minimal information and wow got distracted by a listing for a top that went for $243.50 cause it was the same style as one worn by"Nina" on Offspring.......
WITCHERY Size 8-10-12-14 RARE Hailspot SILK CROCHET Nina Proudman Offspring top
