For 2 nights in a row I have been unable to login to sell. It keeps going to the 'Choose how to pay Ebay' page which then needs to send you a pin which you enter and then round and round again or back to the sign in page again. Seriously frustrating. I have cleared cookies etc., but no joy. Any ideas?

Have you tried a different browser?

Definitely try another browser, though I wouldn't be surprised if it's an account error of some kind.
I was stuck in a similar loop once when everyone was forced to update their passwords after eBay's database got hacked earlier this year. I don't remember how it got fixed but I think I had a chat with the customer support people.
On another note, I always get an error page after logging into PayPal through the home page form which says something like "the page you're accessing is outdated and you will be taken to another page" but it never does anything and I have to click the PayPal logo to get home and go from there. It's been going on for weeks and I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this. Amazing how long they let these kind of problems run for.

Hi thanks that worked. Went from IE to Mozilla. Had to download it as have tried to get away with just IE on my pooter. Seem to be having constant problems with ebay these days sometimes wonder if worth the trouble 😕 Happy 2015! 🙂

You'd think they would have their tech support ppl reading these forums and getting straight onto issues as they arise. I've been doing this for a long time and earned them plenty of $. You'd think they would make it as easy as possible for us....

Ebay and IE have never had a happy relationship, it is not a browser I would choose as my usual one anyway. Firefox and Chrome are much more ebay friendly and work better than IE for most other things too.
