Not been offered any for a very very long time on my selling account

Hasn't been any since at least September that I know of. You only have 17 active listings, why do you need unlimited when you can still list another 23 for free?

Free listing promotions are a gift, not a given. When they happen, enjoy them, but don't assume they will last forever.

I suspect eBay are concentrating on their (failing) Plus programme.

I think it's because of the Managed Payments rollout.

On that ,and you have unlimited listings.

I'm very surprised that they haven't finished getting everyone on MP by now

My store account hasn't even been migrated yet.

I'm hanging out for it. Unlimited (effectively) listings and I can drop my store back to Basic. Which will save me money on my turnover.

Your store will automatically be dropped back to Basic.

I wonder what their idea of a rollout is?

In my opinion I don't think they can force people over, honestly.. I buy a lot on eBay too as well as sell, and I'd say at least 75% of them aren't on managed payments. These sellers I buy from aren't small, have lots of turnover and feedback. I've been harassed since managed payments came out but only now are they saying in the emails "We are pleased to share your account can now pre-register"

My friend who has also done way more transactions than me around 2 million overall in the past 3 years. Has registered for it since it came out and still hasn't been put over to it.

200% agree with this. I am getting SOO many offers to make our listings ebay plus but we simply do not have enough time to provide 1 business day shipping, Furthermore we are in a pandemic still its safer to increase your processing time rather than lower it.

The only thing good about it was flybuys and sometimes Black Friday deals. As an eBay plus subscriber the deals aren't as good anymore.

You are correct. They can, and have, however threatened to not allow sellers who don't subscribe. You always have a choice.
