Amazing. Now I'm tempted to buy something too, what other cheap crp do they have?

And how many of these envelopes could he have unless he works there? Curious. Also funny/stange that items like this keep getting through. It's hard to feel sorry for AP being ripped off when it's their own system allowing it to happen.

Very strange goings on indeed with the envelopes.

Maybe it's people sending payment by cheque to Sydney Water,

in their pre-paid envelope, and that's why they're opened and have to be re-sealed.

He works there.     Which was bake's theory, wasn't it?

Hahaha !

stawks, not meaning to detract from bake's moment of glory, but I actually posted

Just had the weirdest thought - what if the seller works for sydneywater AND gets his stock from there too !?!

When customers pay their bill using the Reply Post envelope - he might save them ?

Just a crazy thought . . . .

But as joe said - no, can't be because it's the envelope the bill goes out in - very strange, unless of course they have already been Returned to Sender ! Smiley LOL

Makes you wonder doesn't it - pens, clik lock bags ???  I wonder what else they steal, staplers maybe ???

Amazing timing ...... I just received this in the post from eBay (contains 5 eBay satchels ...... urging me to use this service). Perhaps I could reuse this black cardboard envelope? Also, I stand corrected regarding the "postage paid Australia" envelopes - I probably get at least one a day .......

Wow ......... that's really useful but a little scary actually to know such info exists on public domain. I'm thinking bout my personal purchasing/bidding ........ but al least it's only visible for 30-60 days .......... wow the implications of this ........

Re: now I know why australian post lose money

I think i have it ,,unless someone comes up with a better posibility.

they cant be reply envelopes because they are window envelopes ,and I dont think they send out extra envelopes now.

now when an envelope goes thru aust-post, does that letter get an invisible laser on it ,so my answere is this.

this chap works for sydneywater and also mails the invoices to there clients and instead of mails lets say 100 envelopes ,mails 90 and keeps 10 ,then takes them home opens up on the side with an envelope thing ,takes out the bills then fills them with goods and then sticky tapes them ,and because the stamp is still new ,they are good to go.very sneeky.mmmm

and after all of this the big winner is bakeandfry lol
