A friend is on Centerlink, not a pensioner, with a Health Care Card. They were offered the deal on the Pensioner postage. Apparently the Health Care Card entitles one to these non demonational stamps.

Maybe he/she grew up in a family that opens envelopes that way. I don't think we'll ever know and it's fairly useless to speculate. Maybe someone could "ask seller a question". I do know that some people would get a lot of envelopes with Postage Paid Australia on them. I get two or three every month just from the bank, some months even more than that. I think it was coincidence that Joe got two the same - there's nothing to say they have to use the envelopes in the order they receive them.

Any stamps that is unused with Decimal denomination can be used in Australia. The year the stamps was made is of no concequence.
Also any stamp from Australian Territories can be used, Cocos(Keeling) Island, Australian Antarctic Territory etc.
One can purchase unused stamps from major Stamp Dealers for around 30% under face value, valid postage in Australia, purchased from Australia Post.
Google Glen Stephens Stamps, you can by a truck load if you want

these are not stamps they are printed on the envelopes and have been used to send the original letter from a company

could you imagine if a buyer did not get his goods and contacts ebay for a refund.
then ebay contacts the seller and asks [did that order have -tracking] then the seller would say[tracking tracking I dont even use a stamp or buy an envelope lol lol.

For anyone who is interested in my two purchases from this seller....they were paid for at 10.03pm and 10.07pm last night and marked as posted at 1.14am and 1.34am.
He obvioulsy has a supply of envelopes at home as I doubt that he would race off to work in the middle of the night.

yep if I remember it was that early morning for mine too, he must live next to a redbox, also I think I know were he gets more envelopes from , if you look at the picture on his id it looks like a $2 shop , so he has more business envelopes coming in.
i mean the few items he sells are fron $2 shops , maybe we will get more clues when you get your letters lyndal.he might put it in one envelope, to save on envelopes lol.

Maybe his stock is all 'five finger discount' from $2 shops
He'd make money that way
Just sayin'
