Not sure if this will help, I just opened a case. This link is what is showing in my address bar in the resolution centre. If I go the close case page, there is a number in the address and I don't know if that number is specific for my case.

You should hopefully be able to tap on the 'take action' link on the right of the open case.

Can somebody please please please put the link in for closing a npb case. Everytime I try to close via dropdown box, the options display for half a second then it buggers off. For the love of god its soooo frustrating.
I usually go through the Resolution Centre.
If the 4 days are up, close the case.
The buyer will receive a 'strike' & you get your FVF refunded.

You cannot close a npb case until exactly 4 days (to the minute) after you have opened it. You should be able to see an option for that sale which will lead you to the Resolution Centre. Sometimes it says Eligible for Dispute. Click on that, but if the four days are not up you cannot close it and get your fees back.

YAY for you!!!! I'm secretly hoping that my buyer will pay, but given they've ignored all attempts at communication, I'm not confident. She has all good feedback too, so not sure what's happened. If someone changes their mind, I just wish they'd tell me if that's what's happened.
