Yes, that would be about right. Fees payable on the $10 for the item and $13 postage. You do know that you pay fees for postage too, don't you? You need to factor in fees into your start price if you are going to auction. Remembering that you are also paying fees on the postage component. Might pay you to read up on selling basics before you sell anything else.
You're going to have a similar outcome with the doll's head that has a bid on it. I'd be surprised if you get another bid on it, so when it sells, you're going to be paying fees on $25, not $15.
