No I Never Got A Message, I Went To Pay A Seller And Found My Selling Money Has Been Held For 21 Days,
2 Phone Calls To Ebay And Three To Paypal To Be Told
1. Ebay Don't Know Anything About It
2. Paypal Said No Its Ebay
3. Ebay Said No Its Paypal
4. Paypal Put Me On Hold and Said It's Ebay
5. Recalled Paypal Who Said Its Ebay's New Policy That Every Seller Will Not Get Any Funds Cleared For 21 Days Unless
- They Provide A Tracking Number And Its Verified - The Buyer Leaves Feedback
Also Told This Is Not Personla It Is Happening To EVERY SELLER.
Well These Two Things Sometime Dont Happen As Not Everything That Is Posted Is Registered And Not All Buyers Leave Feedback,
I Got Abused By One Buyer After Requesting Feedback Who Said "My Feedback Is Not For Sale"
Anyway Sure Makes It Hard When You Are An Established Paypal Member And This Happens.
Geez Im Confused, Anyone Else Heard Of This

If you are a seller which I see that you are,the only reason your payment would be held is if there is a dispute open against you as a seller

Take off the setting Auto Cap's - really hard to read.
You say you actually spoke to eBay and paypal about this....it all sounds really weird - as you said yourself, feedback is voluntary and AFAIK there is no way anyone (whether it be paypal or the Fed Bank) can withhold money pursuant of feedback that is not guranteed nor considered a legal component of a sale.
Maybe some one else here may shed some light ....
you say you were told this is happening to ALL SELLERS - I have not encountered this ??
You can't please all the people all the time, so now I just please myself

The only other reason I can think of is that you haven't yet met ebays and PayPals selling standards so there is a risk factor there if your selling/buying account are the same account as you are a fairly new member.

Wild dogs and horses couldn't drag me back to eBay.
I love my freedom, the direct credits into my account., and no fees to worry about.
And definitely no 'Yes Sir, how high Sir'.
