if 1 of the items is not there , for instance sellersends all items in 1 package ,for saving the buyer postage , but 1 item is missing .
as i know pretty much if its tracked and it gets there ,its in the seller favour , but if its not tracked its in te buyers favour thank you and please only reply if you are a current seller ids only with at least 99% feedback thanks.this info would be very helpfull for a friend of mine.

@bakeandfry wrote:Yep, i ment by joe, if anyone took it as me being picky, that was not my intent, my thought went into that post, i just did not clearly or accurately execute it.
i know you are able to help with any aspect of ebay, and your advice is invaluble.
Sorry if it seemed like I was having a go at you or your post, or that I was offended by yours - I really wasn't any of those things ๐ . My comments were more aimed at who I was talking about rather than who I was talking to, and I just added in that second bit because I know my first response wasn't helpful to the OP, as it were, and I wanted to explain why.

Dagnabbit, all I can see is a black square with a white X, so can't see which one it was you were chasing!

p.s i hope you are looking after my item you have for sale in case I win it , could you put in a cool spot thanks lol
check out message 17 thats how its done ask first.
don't be confused joe, I'm quoting from a post that you made on the 75% postage thread because I did want to reply without taking that thread off-topic. If you want to know how to quote from a post in an entirely different thread then my answer is "it's magic" and I can't say any more.
I am pleased to report that I am storing my item according to the manufacturer's recommendations as stated on the packaging. If the manufacturer's recommendations conflict with your personal requirements for my item then maybe you should not have bid. If you are not familiar with the manufacturer's recommendations then all I can say is tough luck. Don't ask me to tell you what the manufacturer's recommended storage requirements are as it is your responsibility to find this out before making a binding bid. You should have asked before bidding.
Now, don't think about retracting your bid because you are now not sure how I am storing this BNIB product joe, because the only reason I think you could give is that you entered the wrong amount. If you do that and then do not bid again I will report you to eBay for breach of policy.
I also hope you are up for a road trip should you win as the item is PickUp only. And you better get that note ready from your mum if you want to pay with PayPal if you win. I checked on some old tallbearded posts before finalising my listing, and when you bid you accepted all of my clearly stated terms and conditions, its the law. I don't want you to end up with an UnPaid Item strike against your ID. And don't even think of asking for a courier . . . . that would not end up well for you as my T&Cs clearly state in plain english NO COURIERS.
And finally, don't get too cocky, there has been quite a bit of interest and a few watchers already, and it hasn't even been listed for a day yet!

would you like me to pay now or wait until all other interested parties have bid,
not that far up the road , ever heard of a place that sounds like a part of a car that sits on your engine.

joe, if you do not understand how eBay auctions work then I can't help you.
However, if you wanted me to give you a Buy-Now price then we would have to discuss how this can be done without breaching eBay policy.
I also want you to know that I was very careful with my wording in my T&Cs. I suggest you read them again very carefully.
Mildura to Melb is 550km. You would need to make the trip joe, no agents, again, read the T&Cs.
