postcodes and click and send

Hi all,

What do you do if you are using c&s and its saying postcode is not valid?

the postcode is 3938(McCrea) its saying on australia post website that this is correct but not click and send?

any help would be great

I am trying to print a postage label direct through ebay.  It states the postcode and suburb don't match but they do when I check on the Australia Post Postcode search.

REGENCY DOWNS QLD 4341

All correctly provided by the buyer and checked in Australia Post.

Help - this is soo frustrating.

going by aus post its the right postcode but if you cant print off the label check with the buyer if thr details are correct

i had a buyer and they gave me the wrong address details until i asked can they confirm their postal address

It could just be a format issue of a simple blank space before or after the suburb name that means it won't process, delete the entire name of suburb and press the validate button, you then get an option to select from the suburbs available, and the suburb name should appear in that list.
