Just a thought.
When I looked up the postcode the area is spelled Mccrea (not McCrea).
Would this make a difference?

Check if it's the right State, then check if the Suburb name is in the right box marked "City/Suburb"

Has C&S imported the city into the suburb box? That's the usual reason. If so, put mccrea in the suburb. Also check that the state is correct. If there is anything awry with the imported address, the state defaults to ACT.

Do a Google search on the street name and the postcode and see what it turns up.

Also, a fullstop or comma after the town name will make it throw a hissy fit.

Hi All,
There are other postcode problems besides spelling mistakes and the State defaulting to the wrong one - both of these can be fixed by the seller.
The BIG problem is that some postcodes are just completely missing, even though they appear in Aust Post postcode search. I have written a number of emails asking for this to be fixed - apparently its been a problem for a long time.
The only solutions that C&S have when the postcode is missing are:
1. Send it by parcel post (more expensive/no tracking/not what was offered on the listing)
2. Search by the postcode and substitute the missing suburb with one that appears on the C&S list. This solution offered by C&S amazed me - you are changing the address all together, it invalidates Paypal protection, and is not the address the Buyer supplied.
If anyone else experiences the utter frustration with missing postcodes, it would be beneficial to put something in writing to C&S customer service, otherwise its never going to be fixed.

I am so glad I decided not to use Click and Send after having the system drop out on me halfway and take forever and a day to negotiate.
I am very happy sticking with the AP satchels with tracking - more expensive but I do not seem to be losing sales because of this.and the satchel never argues with the addresses I write in.
The supposed seller protection for Click and Send seems to have too many loopholes in it.

I have never had a missing postcode, I sometimes get an error and it is invariably a spelling mistake or the buyer has filled their suburb in as South Narnia when AP call it Narnia South!
A search of the street address and state on google maps usually solves the mystery.
