Hi, does anyone know how to re-invoice a failed echeque? live help is down and I cannot see an option to do it in the drop down menu. thanks

I'm not sure. What does it show in your Sold section? If it's still an hourglass can you clear the checkout by marking it as unpaid?

i had to do one on my other ID, if you log into paypal and up the top you see request money, click on that and you can create an invoice, copy & paste the item number and write in the price and you need the buyers email
the first time i had to do one and its pretty straight forward

you should be able to do this if your using selling manager.
activity > Sell > Sold > awaiting payment > send revised invoice
