What can i do when the buyer returns an item which condition is not as same as i posted?
And how can i claim the credit back from ebay?

It is not ebay you need to claim from.
If they paid with paypal and they went via the dispute process to get their money back then you need to call paypal and get them to give you your money back if the item was not returned in the condition it was sent.

reply to the Paypal Dispute that the item was not as sent. If necessary phone Paypal

If you mean your eBay final value fee, then you will need to get the buyer to agree to a mutual cancellation request, which you send from the Resolve a Problem drop down menu, once the transaction is completed ... not before the refund is sorted out.

Some more details of what exactly has happened would help posters to provide advice.
How did the buyer pay ? By paypal, bank deposit ??
Have they opened a dispute ? Has the dispute been found in the buyers favour?
Or have you just indicated that you would refund on return and now have the goods back in a different condition ?
