My item shows "2 items per lot" but I only have one item. I can't find how to revise it - I just can't see any option that says "lot" - very frustrated - can someone please help?

Revise quantity to 1 if not set to 1, and delete "2 items per lot" from the heading/description. It is not a standard eBay metric, so you've either added it yourself or used 'sell similar' of a listing by somebody who used this.
I hope you took your own pictures.

Not helpful Jan: the quantity is at 1. There is no option to delete "2 items per lot" which is why I asked the question.
And yes I took my own photos.

As advised the option is to edit the listing heading/description.
Not hard, and helpful. Given your longevity on eBay something you should be able to work out with the hints given.
Otherwise, take it up with eBay. Good luck with that.

There is nothing to edit in the title, description, or quantity.
Nowhere is the option - sell as a lot - 2 items in a lot.
In fact, if I do a completely new listing, that option is no longer there.

You have found the solution. Congratulations.
