Re: revising to add international option

Go to revise your item. Scroll down to postage section, underneath item description. Click on the no international postage box and a drop down menu appears.  Just follow the prompts from here. There are a range of options including post to worldwide or excluding certain countries, fixed international post cost ( usefull for large letters ) or add weight and size dimensions for ebay to calculate postage cost etc.

Re: revising to add international option

I had a look at my listings after last message. The "no International post"  box appears just under the boxes for Australian post cost. When I click the "no international post" box, three options appear. By selecting one of these, other refined options show.

I  just had a look at your feedback. You only have one feedback showing as a seller. Are you new to selling ? Have you used the international postage option before ? Ebay often place a number of restrictions on new sellers. It is possible that OS sales are one of these restrictions. I would suggest you use the "help & contact" button, right, top of page to follow prompts to PHONE customer service and see if you are subject to new seller restrictions including international postage.

With the Australian economy being slow at the moment, OS sales are an important part of my business. Three of six items packed this morning are for OS clients. It may be worth considering opening up some of your sales ( smaller items ) to OS buyers once you have sorted the problem and become familiar with the process. I have very few problems sending items OS, but the risks are higher due to high post cost and ebays FVF on top of the expensive postage.  Good luck......... Chameleon54
