second chance offer - marked as paid but can't find $?

I made a second chance offer to an underbidder who accepted. The item is marked by ebay as paid but I don;t have funds...has the paypal arrangement changed lately? I have now posted the item but don't have any $...very confused. Can someone please enlighten?

Are you on Managed Payments?

If so, the payment goes to the bank account you registered with eBay. After a few days, depending on whether you opted for daily or weekly payouts.

You are on Managed Payments and so the money does not go into Paypal anymore, but your bank account, as Dave has mentioned.
