That's insane... you've just given a complete stranger a gift
If the item does not arrive you've done your money

Lets hope it's an honest seller, if they don't send the item, you may have just made a donation to them.
Many unscrupulous sellers claim there PayPal doesn't work so buyers pay by DD. But no protection or recourse if something goes wrong.
I always pay PayPal for non pick up items, even if I need to assist the seller in rectifying their account.
Having said that, they could be genuine.

There is NO such thing as 'having problems with Paypal'-JMO but you've most likely been scammed.
IF seller WAS having some issue, there's a gadget called a TELEPHONE that they could use to phone Paypal & 'fix' their problem.

paypal is not infallible and seller did say she was communicating with them and seller has 100% positive feed back, so that's why I took the risk...if it all goes south then you will hear me kicking up a storm,do the neg thing etc
thanks for your input every one

Unless you are dodgy there is nothing you cant solve in a few minutes over the phone, your seller is not telling the truth they are dodgy or just lazy
