If you haven’t received your items within the EDD (estimated delivery date - which is a range from dd/mm/yy to dd/mm/yy), you need to act within 30 days of the latest EDD (that latest date by which it’s estimated by eBay that it should have arrived),

You can open a claim once the EDD has passed, but no later than 30 days later than the latest EDD.

If it’s been longer than 30 days, post here again and we can suggest some other ways to be refunded.

If you bought  with the ID you've  asked your question, you've only been registered since 10th  December......

Christmas mail delays ???

What makes you think the  two sellers are scammers?

You would know who you bought from

Why do you say the sellers are scamming?

On what grounds are you asking for your money back?

What were the estimated delivery dates?

What were the item numbers?

Did you use this account to buy with?

Yes, it is a real site, where you pay for what you bought and then you use the tools you are given(item not received dispute or item not as described) to get your money back

Honestly, just declaring that ‘two accounts on here are scammers’ doe not tell us anything
