Yes, definitely. It won't stop any messages or re-payment, as they have made a purchase from you.

I probably would because I think they were a bit too quick off the mark to request a refund.
I don't blame them necessarily for not messaging as they may have just taken the easiest route & chosen something from the drop down menu from the sale listing in my ebay.
But the time line smacks of impatience.
In their shoes, I think most reasonable buyers would wait a few extra days-maybe feeling uncertain & anxious while they waited-but I still think most people would give it at least a week, so this is one buyer with unrealistic expectations.
I don't know what you sold but I am guessing most buyers don't buy from the same seller all that often anyway (unless it is for a particular line of product) so you probably won't be losing out by blocking anyway.
