Having a soft week here,page views are way down.

I don't think dave is likely to care one way or another what 'newer' posters believe.

I can vouch for dave (and his other selling id's), his reputation and his experience on eBay and the giving of correct advice on a regular basis.

As soon as I see the same good advice being given by his antagonisers, I could do the same for them, up till now though - I ain't seen ZIP to warrant even acknowledging them any more.

Oh, Yes - I have my FB set to private for a very good reason - that reason being proved above!

I did not ask for any abuse from davewil1964 ,i posted on here with a problem i have.

I honestly think that people who go private only do so because they have something to hide..

Serously why would you have 19 items in 1 place and 600 in another,makes no sense.

Not they i really care anyway,I think this is silly that a question i asked has been totally turned into something about another user.who obviously has some kind of problem,and thinks that it is ok to abuse other users..(well its not OK and i will not post on this thread anymore.)

many sellers, myself included, have more than one ID and have a different number of items for sale on each,

the sense, is for different types of items, or different sources (some from home / some from our business / some on consignment), making accounting much easier.  There are as many sensible reasons as there are items.

Ebay reported in 2012 that they were really clever and had worked out a way to save their investors $2 million dollars a year.....and that they intended, in the near future to turn off 400 of their over 52,000 computer servers that serve their over 700 million users.....Go figure!!

....I believe a 'lot' of these servers were 'switched' on 29th April 2013.....according to both media reports on the internet and posts found on ebay.com in the Technical Issues disussion forum.

Well... Mabey things are slowly starting to settle down after all the changes... Had a shocking few weeks but have made 8 sales in the past few days or so days. It has been better in the past 2 days, I have had customers contacting me and asking questions about my items for sale, so they must be coming up in the search results now.

sent a query to Ebay half an hour ago about 2 of my items being 'unavailable' or had been 'withdrawn from sale' ...asked them for an explanation....they sent me an automated response saying they would get back to me within 24 hours.....since then I HAVE HAD 9 SALES....coincidence?

Check your listings and see if they're visible 😐

ITS REAL SIMPLE.. EBAY HAS MORE LISTINGS THAN THE JUNK SERVERS CAN HANDLE SO THEY HIDE YOUR LISTINGS MORE THAN THEY SHOW THEM.

THE CRAP THEY PULL IS LIKE YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER SELLING YOU ADS THAN NOT PRINTING THEM IN THE PAPER FOR PEOPLE TO SEE...

KINDA LIKE BAIT AND SWITCH !!! OR AS SOME PEOPLE CALL IT THEFT..THAT'S WHAT I HAVE HEARD.
