technical assistance needed

I got this message when I tried to upload my latest round of listings "The picture pack feature previously used in your listings is no longer available on ebay. Gallery and supersize features have been added to your listings but you may remove these features before uploading. Click the upload button again to upload your listings with the picture pack feature removed and gallery and supersize included." Is there a default setting that I have to change in my turbo lister set ups before I create any new listings? How do I prevent this message continuing to display? Thank you.


 


P.s. I tried contact support but it would not accept my post saying that I had to enter the other persons user ID... what other ID?

if you are getting that message that means you are trying to report a problem with another member; that is why you are being asked to enter the ID you are reporting.


 


I do not use turbolister, but see if you can get somewhere from here:

Hi, This happened to me last week & I also asked on here.The only explanation I received was that Turbo lister were having "issues" .I ended up uploading all my items,then had to go & revise all my listings in Ebay to add the borders and size details etc.Lovely Turbo lister also changed my low start auction prices to "buy it now" prices.So please check your listings if you upload them. :0)

That message shows for any listings set up when the Picture Pack options were available. As they are now automatically included, the message shouldn't show with any you do from now on. If it does, you will probably have to redo your templates. Although my templates don't show those options any more.


 


I'll let you know for sure in a couple of months when I start uploading listings done since the change.

I'm getting that message for listings that I uploaded a couple of weeks ago, and are now wanting to relist. I can't find anywhere on the template to 'remove the features'.

I'm having the same problem and have managed to send an enquiry to customer support. I'll let you know their answer when they get back to me.

So am I, a year on.

 

I click the ignore or continue option. I have no idea, it's a reflex. But my listings upload and work.

 

it's not really an issue.

 

And if it is, it's a Turbolister issue. Why are you relisting from TL? It's a hell of a lot easier to do it from your selling page.

I was adding new listings and with TL open decided to relist from there.

 

Can I ask, where is the ignore or continue option. All I get is the "The picture pack feature..." message in a window and an OK button.

It's the okay button then. Like I said I just click and continue uploading the listings.

It doesn't allow me to continue uploading after clicking OK. I await an answer from CS.

Type a product name
